List of FM radio stations in Egypt
FM broadcasting in Egypt began in the 20th century. By the early 1990s, Egypt had only 4 FM stations, but the number increased to 6 by the end of the decade. In 2000, stations moving from the AM band and the introduction of private stations raised the number to 10 stations as of 2006[update].
All the radio stations are state-controlled. Nogoom FM and Nile FM are Joint venture between Good News and ERTU; El Gouna is private.

- 92.7 MHz Mega FM Arabic Pop Music (State-owned)
- 95.4 MHz European Program (English, French, Italian, German, Greek) - Old World hits. (State-owned)
- 98.2 MHz Qur'an Karim (All Arab League members have a Qur'an station) (State-owned)
- 98.8 MHz Music Program - Old Arabic music (State-owned)
- 100.6 MHz Nogoum FM - Arabic pop music. (Privately-owned)
- 102.2 MHz Greater Cairo Radio - News and talk shows.
- 104.2 MHz Nile FM - Full-time English-speaking. Synced American and British shows as well as local talk shows in English. (Privately-owned)
- 105.3 MHz Nagham FM - Arabic pop music. (State-owned)
- 106.3 MHz Arab Voice - News and talk shows. (State-owned)

All radio stations in Alexandria are State-owned.

- Foreign radio stations can be easily captured in the summer, mainly Israeli, Greek, Italian and Cyprus radio stations
- Local radio stations are aired in Armenian, Italian, French, Greek and English since 1940s (even thought these language-speaking expatriates have greatly declined in number.)
El Gouna

Sharm El Sheikh
3 FM Radio Channels operate in Sharm el-Sheikh by the American command of the emergency forces overseeing the borders between Egypt and Israel. Two of them are army stations and the third is a news station.
